This policy isn't applicable to forms, websites, application, or any services that do not display or link to this Policy or that link or display to a different privacy policy; nor this apply to practices of companies that are beyond the control of the company or to people or we don't manage or employ.
The information requested at sign up is necessary to provide in order to avail and get access to AimFit’s products and services. Any missing information or failure to provide complete/accurate data may lead to non- provision of services and we reserve the right to suspend/block any subscription that contradicts the company Privacy Policy. You may even browse certain features on our website/application without telling us who you are or revealing any information that enables us to identify you directly or indirectly. However, once you provide us with your personal data we will process it under the Privacy Policy.

We will process any such data only if you have given your explicit consent, or if it is necessary (for instance if you request special assistance), or otherwise in compliance with applicable Data Privacy Law.
Children – Users must be of legal age in their respective countries and not under 12 years old, or you must have consent from your parent or guardian. Individuals are not allowed to sign up for a User Account on the Platform without verifying that they are 12 years or older.

If you use the platform to track your fitness activity, we will collect and store this information so that you can review it on the platform and track your progress.
